Provide technical support to customers in Canada and abroad during evaluations and repairs.
Approve repair works according to established policies and amounts.
Conduct analysis on warranty costs and evaluate trends.
Analyze the issues and problems and advise on possible ways to resolve them.
Provide on-site assistance with repairs.
Work in close collaboration with the various company departments.
Perform any other related tasks.
