  • Offer a full ultrasound service (obstetrical / nuchal translucency);
  • Welcome and prepare the patient (conform, assessing her condition, etc.);
  • Explain the procedures;
  • Perform the ultrasound test;
  • Ensure quality of scanned images;
  • Document all relevant information;
  • Assist the patient during the test;
  • Carry out any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements

  • Ultrasound experience in the prenatal field;
  • Member of the OTIMROEPMQ (« Ordre des technologues en imagerie médicale, en radio-oncologie et en électrophysiologie médicale du Québec »);
  • Holding an independent practice certificate by the college;
  • Good level of French and functional English;
  • Asset: member of the FMF (Fetal Medicine Foundation) for nuchal translucency,

Desired profile

  • Be rigorous and the quality of the images obtained is their highest priority. They will have communication skills that facilitate teamwork as well as their analytical and synthesis skills;
  • Have an organization and autonomy that allows them to navigate more stressful events;
  • Know how to listen and empathize with the clientele they meet.
