Multi-site Territory Manager

Tasks

• Manage food and installation services.
• Oversee multiple profit centres across Quebec.
• Prepare business plans and budgets for each account.
• Set financial goals.
• Review and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Inspect and assess quality of services.
• Participate in the negotiation of bids and contracts.
• Train your managers.
• Help find new customers.
• Assist your teams with proposals and conduct negotiations.
• Visit sites to ensure good customer relationship.
• Coach managers reporting to you.
• Carry out any other similar tasks.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or in a similar field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in financial and organizational management.
• Experience in a company with multiple locations.
• Expertise in managing high volume P&L.
• Excellent leadership and team building skills.
• Ability to travel between 25% to 40% of the time.
• Excel in customer relations.
