You have spent about three years creating and perfecting your art. Even if what you make is sometimes small, you enjoy selecting your tools, reading the plans, programming and operating the machine tools for large projects. It does not stop there.   • The numerical control milling machines and lathes are your Swiss knives: you operate them according to the required functions.
  • Following the plans and studying the work orders, you prepare the start-up, tooling and adjustment of the machine.
  • You use your accuracy to measure parts using the imperial system to ensure quality control.
  • You make sure to set and program machine tools when needed.
  • If necessary, to encourage teamwork, other related tasks may be delegated to you.

Job requirements

  • DVS in Technical Machining handy.
  • Numerical Control Attestation of Vocational Specialization (AVS) is considered a major asset.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans.
