Our client is looking for a resourceful and professional person to fill an office clerk position in Quebec City. This client, with whom we have been working for a long time, is recognized as a major player in its field and is particularly concerned about the well-being of its employees.
The office clerk will be responsible for answering phone calls and forwarding them to the appropriate person as well as assisting the manager with filing and document entry tasks.
Respond to inquiries by email or phone.
Follow up with customers regarding merchandise problems.
Enter data into the computer system.
Receive damaged merchandise, take pictures and follow up (move around the warehouse).
Contact carriers as needed.
Solve administrative problems.
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (transportation field) - an asset.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Customer service oriented, responsible, and open to change.
Have initiative and good organizational skills.
Comfortable in an industrial environment.
