Our client is seeking a temporary office clerk for a six-month replacement contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and ready to take on new challenges.

Tasks

  • Process billing requests and correct internal errors.
  • Manage cancellation requests and perform associated actions.
  • Respond to departmental inquiries regarding billing.
  • Issue and send invoices to clients.
  • Participate in month-end/year-end billing tasks.
  • Verify and process billing documents.
  • Provide reception support, manage phone calls, and welcome visitors.
  • Perform various administrative tasks.
  • Carry out any other related duties.

Job requirements

  • DEP or AEC in accounting or office administration.
  • Proficiency in French and intermediate English due to 50% communication with Ontario-based clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Accounting training is an asset.
