Tasks
Process billing requests and correct internal errors.
Manage cancellation requests and perform associated actions.
Respond to departmental inquiries regarding billing.
Issue and send invoices to clients.
Participate in month-end/year-end billing tasks.
Verify and process billing documents.
Provide reception support, manage phone calls, and welcome visitors.
Perform various administrative tasks.
Carry out any other related duties.

Job requirements
DEP or AEC in accounting or office administration.
Proficiency in French and intermediate English due to 50% communication with Ontario-based clients.
Proficient in MS Office tools.
