Tasks

  • Enter orders in the appropriate software - By phone, email or via the website.
  • Verify, analyze and record customer quotes and orders.
  • Communicate and follow up with customers - Order confirmation, delivery time, modifications and any other necessary information.
  • Verify product inventory and update in the appropriate software.
  • Offer alternative options to customers when products are out of stock.
  • Ensure high quality customer service is provided at all times.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • You have experience as an office and order clerk, in secretarial work, in administrative support, or in a similar position.
  • You are fluent in French and English (spoken and written) in order to be able to respond to English and French speaking clients with ease.
  • You have a high school diploma
  • You have a degree in administration (an asset).
  • You are proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
