A Quebec SME recognized on the Canadian market is looking for your expertise but especially for your customer service which is LIKE NO OTHER! Our client, a local company, has made several acquisitions in recent years, allowing it to further diversify its offerings in the medical and paramedical sector. Through its desire to evolve and innovate, it has carved out an important place for itself in the distribution of specialized equipment by forming major partnerships and making several acquisitions of entities across Canada.


  • Take orders by phone, email and website.
  • Save orders to the internal system.
  • Check if products are in inventory and offer alternatives, if applicable.
  • Issue invoices.
  • Confirm orders and follow up with customers (delivery time).
  • Carry out any other clerical or similar tasks.

  • Possibility to finish at 4pm on Friday.

Job requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Mastery of MS Office.
  • Experience in the order taking process (a considerable asset).
  • Being perfectly bilingual (verbal and written) – In order to meet the needs of both English and French speaking clients.
