Our client, a public sector organization, is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join their team. This strategic role involves overseeing and optimizing procurement processes, with a particular focus on contract management, coordination of calls for tenders, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
Tasks
Analyze, design, and implement systems, procedures, and programs to optimize administrative and operational performance.
Oversee all aspects of contract administration, including managing calls for tenders, evaluating proposals, executing contracts, and ensuring reporting obligations are met.
Review technical specifications to ensure contractual options adequately meet the organization's needs.
Provide strategic advice to managers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure the quality and compliance of published documents and reports.
Chair evaluation committees for calls for tenders and ensure proper documentation in collaboration with the Government Procurement Center (CAG).
Monitor, renew, and ensure compliance with the terms of goods and services contracts.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
At least two (2) years of experience in contract management, public tender processes, and contract administration.
In-depth knowledge of applicable public sector laws and regulations.
