Our client is specialized in vehicle rentals and is looking for an alert receptionist with a talent with numbers, for their office located in Mont-Royal.


  • Prepare lease agreements.
  • Manage customer files.
  • Conduct administrative follow-up.
  • Insure and register vehicles.
  • Manage correspondence with customers.
  • Work on special projects.
  • Greet visitors and take calls.
  • Carry out any other similar tasks.

Job requirements

  • Experience in secretariat.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in the automobile or transport industries (an asset).
