Receiving, processing, writing and distributing multiple communications (phone calls, emails, letters and visitors).
Welcoming new customers and assisting them in planning and confirming appointments.
Receiving, opening and distributing new files.
Ordering office supplies.
Being in contact with Purolator cheque shipments to customers.
Ensuring all bank deposits.
Carrying out all kinds of clerical tasks (scanning, photocopying, shredding).
Supporting notaries in all other duties related to the position.
