Our client is a global company who produces and distributes industrial gases and compressed air on a global scale. He is seeking experienced Regional Sales Manager responsible for increasing the existing sales of Process Industries of the Region and lead a team of three Account executives across Ontario.


  • Ensuring that sales team receives continual training in selling techniques, sales strategy, product knowledge, and market knowledge.
  • Discovering growth opportunities, competitor strategies, and a clear understanding of customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting and developing the network of distributors and customers.
  • Organizing training and providing ongoing information.
  • Advising customers on the right products for their needs.
  • Effectively promoting the product line to develop sales, including running contests & promotions and implementing sales & marketing tools.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration.
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in industrial sales.
  • Great at building relationship.
  • Ability to use and understand mathematics and numeric.
  • Good command of English, written and spoken.
  • Valid Drivers License.
