Tasks

  • Regularly contacting clients to cultivate strong business relationships.
  • Taking the time to understand the specific needs of each client and proposing tailored solutions to maximize sales.
  • Contacting clients to introduce new products and strengthen professional ties.
  • Responding proactively to client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Ensuring a thorough follow-up on pending files to guarantee a fast and efficient response.
  • Assisting clients with the use of our online platform.
  • Performing other related tasks as required.

Job requirements

  • At least five years of experience in sales.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer tools.
  • Comfortable presenting products to clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
  • Knowledge of Sage300 (an asset).
  • Experience in interior design or window treatments (an asset).
