They are seeking to hire an experienced Sales Supervisor who will be responsible for establishing strategy in developing the region of Gatineau and the attainment of their sales objectives.
Participate, organize, and implement strategy for the business development of the Gatineau and Outaouais regions.
Act as a central point of communication between upper manager and the sales team.
Manage a team of 5 sales representatives and ensure performance objectives are met.
Lead the recruitment of new talent for the sales team.
Regularly meet and maintain relationship with existing clientele.
Carry out any other similar tasks.

10 years of experience in sales and territory management.
