Our client, an essential stop for world-class manufacturers with a mission to rent, sell and service mobile equipment, is looking for a Service Administrator for its Laval branch!


  • Answer incoming calls and call customers.
  • Develop and maintain the customer experience.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the department.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the after-sales service.
  • Prepare orders and files.
  • Have files approved by the supervisor.
  • Respect the deadlines for the orders.
  • Follow up on work in progress and report daily.
  • Monitor technicians' time and enter hours.
  • Perform technician expenses reports.
  • Make purchase orders.
  • Organize and file all service department information.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Completed high school diploma.
  • Experience in a similar position and in the heavy equipment field will be considered advantageous,
  • Knowledge of parts’ manufacturing, agricultural, construction or infrastructure sectors and equipment function (major heavy equipment manufacturers) is an asset.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (comfortable using computers).
  • Good level of bilingualism.

  • Have a good level of autonomy, initiative and attention to detail.
