Day shift, from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. for the first two months and then from noon to 8 p.m.

In this role, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving orders, customer service and counter sales. Your role will be essential to the smooth running of the company, ensuring that its customers have a pleasant experience in every interaction.
Tasks
Answer customers by phone and at the counter.
Schedule and manage appointments.
Write and send repair quotes.
Manage breakdown calls on the road and organize repairs.
Create work orders and schedule tasks with the workshop.
Check work histories and warranties before approval.
Track work progress with customers and suppliers.
Request quotes, approve repairs, and issue invoices.
Process payments and reconcile supplier invoices with quotes.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Experience in a similar role.
Excellent customer service and collaborative skills.
Strong computer knowledge to use order tracking and inventory management systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
