You will have to coordinate routes, orders and negotiations to ensure the best services with suppliers and customers. Tasks

  • Dispatch and Coordination:
  • On the front line, you coordinate the scheduling of maintenance and installations after receiving service requests. You coordinate routes and activities according to the established schedule and give them to technicians in addition to planning vehicle and equipment maintenance.
  • Purchasing, Warehouse and Inventory:
  • You have a professional relationship with the various suppliers involved. This allows you to establish and negotiate the various agreements, in addition to ensuring accurate follow-up on orders, possible product shortages and payment of invoices. You are also available to receive orders and complete the annual physical inventory.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
  • You respond to and follow up on customer needs through multiple channels: over the phone and in the branch. In this sense, you offer advice on the best products and services that will best meet their needs, as well as knowing manufacturer terms and conditions and warranties.
  • Human Resources Management:
  • In collaboration with the Branch Manager, you are involved in welcoming, onboarding and well-being of the employee. You are an important point of contact to answer their questions and highlight occupational health and safety standards.
  • For the smooth running of the department, you take part in any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • You have 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You are fluent in French, verbally and in writing, an intermediate level of English is requested.
  • You have already been a manager for a small or medium-sized team.
  • You have experience in the propane or HVAC industry, (heating, ventilation and air conditioning system).
  • Any experience and certification in gas appliance technology is considered a strong asset.
