Tasks
Collaborate with the PCO Manager on infrastructure projects.
Perform key tasks in preparing business cases to obtain project budget approvals.
Prepare scenarios by selecting relevant data from records to develop budget forecasts.
Analyze and validate received information to ensure the quality of data related to actual costs, upcoming costs, and cost allocations.
Make recommendations and implement required corrections.
Perform technical and financial analyses of project management reports for construction projects, highlighting discrepancies by project.
Participate in the daily monitoring of projects using various tools.
Co-lead meetings to follow up on project cost status in preparation for monthly reports, in collaboration with the project manager or a designated team member.
Ensure adherence to practices and compliance with administrative processes within the project office.
Analyze scheduling data to assess project cost performance and monitor discrepancies, proposing solutions as needed.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the PCO Manager.

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or equivalent.
Five (5) years of relevant experience, with three (3) years specifically in budget control and project budget management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
General knowledge of project management.
Proficiency in French (essential) and intermediate level of English to effectively communicate with English-speaking clients 30% of the time.
Strong knowledge of project management software, with expertise in Primavera being a major asset.
