They are currently seeking a motivated Service Manager to join their team in Mississauga.


  • Manage the service department activities to make sure the operation runs smoothly.
  • Follow the health and safety guidelines, conducting meetings and follow-ups with the team.
  • Communicate with the technicians and other personnel promptly, providing recommendations regarding hiring and other disciplinary activities.
  • Communicate with the branch manager in case of issues or problems.
  • Handle the creation of service orders, deal with customer service disputes, and ensure a timely service delivery.
  • Train and coach the department staff regarding customer service and follow up on the customers’ feedback.
  • Take charge of the overall growth of the service department.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required.

Job requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma and/or relevant work experience.
  • WHMIS and Safety Training, an asset.
  • Familiar with office and shop working environment.
  • Be able to make a physical effort.
  • Proficient in MS office application.
  • Overnight travel might be required.
