You have good experience in recruitment. You have a knack for finding the best talent and you’re not afraid of daily life challenges. Here’s an opportunity to put your expertise to good use. Our client, a Quebec based company located in the old port of Montreal, is looking for an IT Recruiter to support the IT recruitment needs of their various clients.


  • Work with account managers to define best practices and strategies to meet client needs;
  • Create and publish compelling ads on various social networks;
  • Analyze resumes, conduct interviews with candidates and coordinate technical testing as needed;
  • Introduce potential candidates to clients and act as an intermediary;
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with both clients and candidates;
  • Participate in various job fairs and other events;
  • Stay informed on the recruitment market in Quebec and internationally;
  • Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, customer relations or similar;
  • Good knowledge of candidate search tools and platforms (Linkedin Recruiters, Salesforces, SmartRecruiters, etc.).
  • Knowledge of the IT industry (considerable asset);
  • Bilingualism, spoken and written (French and English);
