The company is currently seeking a talented and motivated IT support technician to join its dynamic team and contribute to its continued success.
Tasks
Ensure a smooth environment: Install, configure, and optimize hardware and software to guarantee optimal productivity.
Troubleshoot and repair: Diagnose and resolve technical issues while replacing or upgrading hardware for maximum performance.
Innovate and secure: Update systems to stay current with the latest technologies and ensure cybersecurity through advanced solutions.
Test and improve: Conduct regular assessments to ensure the reliability of tools and identify opportunities for evolution.
Support and collaborate: Provide technical support to users and foster strong relationships with all departments to promote collective success.
Perform any other related duties as required

Job requirements
Education in IT, software engineering, or another relevant field.
Fluency in both French and English, oral and written.
Proficiency in Spanish (strongly considered).
Experience in a similar role.
