Offering full professional support from installation to solutions, they are currently seeking an Operations Clerk to join their Brampton team.


  • Schedule meetings with clients and complete regular follow-ups.
  • Maintain the CRM with completed and scheduled ticket information.
  • Manage inventory, purchases, and shipping and receiving.
  • Report to the Director on daily activities and new projects.
  • Build strong relationship with vendors.
  • Perform data entry and update documents for the team.
  • Carry out other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements

  • Working experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the CRM system.
