You will report to the IT Infrastructure Manager and will be the first point of contact with users requiring technical support.
Provide technical support for the environment (printers, computers, networks).
Offer first level support for user problems.
Provide technical assistance, installation and support for PC hardware/software systems.
Ensure equipment is properly functional.
Maintain network equipment such as servers, routers, printers, etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware/software, printer and network problems.
Develop and maintain IT department documentation.
Update and maintain inventory of hardware and software components.
Carry out any other related tasks.

A diploma and/or relevant IT training.
At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
Perfect bilingual, French and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with desktops, laptops, network hardware and peripherals.
Excellent understanding of the network.
Customer service experience and awareness of priorities.
Ability to schedule work flexibly to meet business needs, which may require evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
