Les tâches
Set up and operate HP Indigo digital presses to ensure efficient production, maximum uptime, and adherence to production schedules.
Verify job specifications and production requirements before printing to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Perform color calibration and quality control checks to maintain exceptional print quality throughout production runs.
Monitor press performance and print output, making adjustments as needed to meet quality and productivity targets.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Accurately record production, material consumption, and waste data in the ERP system and required production documentation.
Coordinate with production, prepress, and finishing teams to ensure a smooth workflow and on-time order completion.
Perform other related duties as required.

Exigences du poste
Minimum of 1 year of experience operating digital printing equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with HP Indigo 200K and HP 25K presses is mandatory.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read measurements and work accurately with production specifications.
Computer proficiency and experience completing production documentation electronically.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and remain standing for extended periods.
