We are looking for a Journeyperson Plumber with extensive HVAC experience to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service plumbing and HVAC systems while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
Les tâches
Install, maintain, service, and repair plumbing and HVAC systems.
Perform inspections and identify potential system issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing, heating, ventilation, and HVAC problems.
Perform preventive maintenance and replace defective or worn components.
Test and commission systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Ensure work complies with applicable British Columbia building, plumbing, HVAC, and safety codes.
Work collaboratively with technicians, contractors, and other trades on larger projects.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
Perform other related duties as required.

Exigences du poste
High school diploma or equivalent.
Journeyperson Plumber certification or recognized plumbing qualification.
HVAC Technician certification or relevant trade qualification.
Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation and service experience.
Experience installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and HVAC systems.
Gasfitter certification/ticket (Class B or Class A) strongly preferred.
Red Seal certification is a strong asset.
Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Knowledge of applicable British Columbia plumbing, building, HVAC, and safety codes.
Proficiency with HVAC tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments.
Valid driver's license.
Legally authorized to work in Canada, or eligible for LMIA support.
