Les tâches
Set up, adjust, and operate slitting equipment according to production specifications and work orders.
Verify materials and production requirements before each run to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
Monitor machine performance throughout production and make adjustments to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.
Inspect finished materials to ensure they meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
Package, label, palletize, and prepare finished products for shipment as required.
Complete production reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform daily equipment cleaning and basic maintenance, and promptly report any mechanical or safety concerns.

Exigences du poste
Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, slitting, converting, printing, or industrial production.
Experience operating industrial production equipment.
Ability to read measurements and use precision measuring tools.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and workplace safety.
Ability to complete production documentation using both paper-based and computerized systems.
Team-oriented attitude with strong organizational skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts based on operational requirements.
