Our client, a rapidly growing organization specializing in advanced digital printing and flexible packaging solutions, is seeking a Slitting Operator to play a key role in delivering high-quality products while supporting efficient production operations. Les tâches

  • Set up, adjust, and operate slitting equipment according to production specifications and work orders.
  • Verify materials and production requirements before each run to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor machine performance throughout production and make adjustments to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Inspect finished materials to ensure they meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
  • Package, label, palletize, and prepare finished products for shipment as required.
  • Complete production reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform daily equipment cleaning and basic maintenance, and promptly report any mechanical or safety concerns.

Exigences du poste

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, slitting, converting, printing, or industrial production.
  • Experience operating industrial production equipment.
  • Ability to read measurements and use precision measuring tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and workplace safety.
  • Ability to complete production documentation using both paper-based and computerized systems.
  • Team-oriented attitude with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts based on operational requirements.
  • High school diploma considered an asset.
