Les tâches

  • Oversee daily operations and performance of 50 employees across multiple sites.
  • Manage scheduling, attendance, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
  • Conduct site visits to support employees and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring operational follow-through.
  • Develop and maintain industry connections to support growth.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance across all locations.
  • Stay adaptable to support evolving operational needs.
