Les tâches

  • Recruitment & Talent Advisory
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions.
  • Build lasting relationships with candidates and guide them throughout their career journey.
  • Conduct interviews, assess talent, and recommend candidates who align with client needs.
  • Develop creative sourcing and networking strategies to attract qualified talent.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on recruitment challenges and workforce needs.
  • Client Relationship & Business Development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities to support clients with additional staffing and HR solutions.
  • Visit client sites to better understand their operations, culture, and hiring needs.
  • Contribute to business growth through networking and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Employee Management
  • Support employees throughout their assignments and ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Monitor attendance, schedules, and time approvals.
  • Partner with our Health & Safety team to promote safe workplace practices.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Exigences du poste

  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, human resources, sales, customer service, or account management.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for client visits.
  • Experience in the staffing industry is considered a strong asset.
