Les tâches
Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
Oversee food prep, quality control, and sanitation.
Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow proper safety procedures.
Collaborate with the kitchen team on plating, presentation, and workflow.
Contribute to new recipe ideas and seasonal menu planning.
Support junior staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Perform any other related tasks.

Exigences du poste
Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial kitchens or restaurants (international experience is a plus!).
Strong foundation in food prep, plating, and safe food handling.
Flexible schedule, including availability for day and weekend shifts.
Current Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
