As part of its continued growth, the organization is seeking a strategic leader to guide the next phase of expansion for its International Division.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the President will assume full leadership responsibility for a growing international freight forwarding business. This individual will be responsible for driving profitability, strengthening key carrier relationships, developing the team, and executing the division’s long-term growth strategy. The successful candidate will benefit from significant autonomy and will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business.

Lead the overall strategy, growth, and performance of the International Division
Maintain full P&L responsibility and accountability for divisional results
Develop and strengthen relationships with major ocean carriers, airlines, and strategic partners
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and growth initiatives
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction across international operations
Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term business planning and expansion initiatives
Monitor market trends and industry developments affecting international logistics

Minimum of 10 years of experience in international freight forwarding, global logistics, air cargo, or ocean freight
Minimum of 3 years of experience at the Vice President level or higher
Proven track record of leading international operations and driving profitable growth
Strong network and established relationships with carriers, steamship lines, airlines, and industry partners
Exceptional leadership, business development, and relationship management skills
Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial acumen
