The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales and be able to leverage their expertise to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Ensure services are executed and clients are well informed throughout the process.
Identify and select out new business.
Penetrate existing business and help fuel organic growth.
Demonstrate initiative with new launches and visit client sites.
Work alongside the sales team for operations of accounts.
Resolve any issues related to service implementation.
Follow up on after-sale, training and presentation of new products.
Develop and uphold dependable connections with high-ranking leaders of health procurement groups.
Recognize influential figures (such as purchasing agents, infection control professionals, nurses, and unit managers) within healthcare organizations.
Carry out any other related tasks as needed.

Exigences du poste
5 to 10 years of experience in sales.
3 years of experience in the medical field.
At least 1 year of experience in account management or similar role.
French knowledge is an asset.
Experience in client relationships management.
Energetic and driven.
