Les tâches

  • Data entry / invoicing.
  • Manage appointment scheduling.
  • Plan merchandise pickups.
  • Assist with tracking shipments transferred to line-haul agents.
  • Ensure good customer service.
  • Add additional charges to transport invoices.
  • Process driver registration.
  • Investigate and follow up on missing merchandise.
  • Perform any other tasks required by the position.

Exigences du poste

  • 1 to 2 years of exp_erience in an administrative role.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite applications.

  • Access to a vehicle.
