Bring positive and efficient service to all customers in all levels.
Contain costs and increase revenues by ensuring customers are happy and satisfied, and that field service work are completed on time.
Maintain an open and effective lines of communication with customers.
Decipher, diagnose, and isolate problems by identifying faults in machine.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of the job, including care of service vehicle and equipment.
Carry out any other similar tasks.

Post-secondary diploma and/or relevant work experience required.
Licensed Heavy Equipment Certification or equivalent.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the industry.
Safe working is essential – from WHMIS training to proper PPE, you’ve got this covered head to toe.
Exceptional customer service skills; written, oral communication.
