They are currently seeking a motivated Field Technician to join their team in Fort McMurray, Alberta.

Les tâches

  • Bring positive and efficient service to all customers in all levels.
  • Contain costs and increase revenues by ensuring customers are happy and satisfied, and that field service work are completed on time.
  • Maintain an open and effective lines of communication with customers.
  • Decipher, diagnose, and isolate problems by identifying faults in machine.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of the job, including care of service vehicle and equipment.
  • Carry out any other similar tasks.

Exigences du poste

  • Post-secondary diploma and/or relevant work experience required.
  • Licensed Heavy Equipment Certification or equivalent.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the industry.
  • Safe working is essential – from WHMIS training to proper PPE, you’ve got this covered head to toe.
  • Exceptional customer service skills; written, oral communication.
  • Experience working in a dealership is an asset.
