Les tâches
Personnel Management (On-site at the Client)
With your positive energy, you warmly welcome and ensure the full integration of new employees.
You actively engage with your employees by investing time to understand their career aspirations and supporting their professional development in collaboration with managers.
You approve timesheets, coordinate schedules, and monitor absenteeism cases.
As a health and safety ambassador, you work closely with our OHS team to ensure that employees consistently operate in a safe environment by enforcing best practices.
Recruitment (At the Office)
When notified of new applicants, you promptly contact potential candidates and conduct initial phone screenings.
For every position you manage, you meet candidates to assess their profiles and place them in the most suitable roles.
You build lasting relationships with candidates and actively promote available job opportunities.
You enjoy visiting job sites to better understand the work environment and the teams you recruit for.
You contribute to growth initiatives by expanding your network within the industrial sector and leveraging your business development skills.
You remain flexible and open to handling any other related tasks as needed.

Exigences du poste
You have about 2 years of experience in personnel and customer service management
Recruitment and integration of new employees are not unknown to you because you have done this before.
You have access to a vehicle to visit clients in the greater metropolitan area.
Your computer skills include being comfortable with the MS Office programs.
