We’re looking for a Talent and Client Relations Consultant to coordinate staff operations across multiple sites while leading recruitment efforts for our clients. Les tâches

  • Conduct visits to clients’ job sites to maintain contact with our employees.
  • Oversee daily operations for approximately 50 employees across multiple sites.
  • Manage timesheet, shift scheduling, attendance, and absenteeism.
  • Manage onboarding and integration of new employees.
  • Drive business development by expanding industry networks and close follow ups.
  • Source top talent, conduct screenings and interviews, and engage candidates proactively.
  • Serve as health and safety liaison to ensure compliance and promote safe work conditions.
  • Stay flexible to handle related tasks as needed.
  • Perform any others related duties.

Exigences du poste

  • 3 to 5 years of team management experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required for daily client site visits.
  • Having an existing business network.
  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Flexible with scheduling and travel to client sites, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Proficient in MS Office and confident with computer skills.
