Do you have sales experience in the healthcare industry? Do you have a passion for sales, developing and fostering new relationships and strengthening existing ones? If you said yes to this, we want to hear from you. Our client, who specialises in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of medical devices for the control of bodily fluids, is looking for an Territory Sales Manager in the Greater Toronto Area with previous work experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

Les tâches

  • Ensure services are executed and clients are well-informed throughout the process.
  • Identify and select out new business.
  • Penetrate existing business and help fuel organic growth.
  • Demonstrate initiative with new launches and visiting client sites.
  • Work alongside the sales team for operations of accounts.
  • Resolve any issues related to service implementation.
  • Do after-sales follow-ups, training and presentations of new products.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior health purchasing group leaders.
  • Identify opinion leaders (purchasing, infection control professionals (IPC), nurses, unit managers, etc.) within healthcare establishments.
  • Carry out all other related tasks.

Exigences du poste

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in sales.
  • 3 years of experience in the medical field.
  • 1 year of experience in account management or similar role.
  • Experience managing client relationships.
  • French knowledge is an asset.
