Achieve quarterly revenue targets and attracting new business.
Generate new business by offering tailored solutions to a variety of customers.
Collaborate with new and existing customers understanding their business needs and developing right range of transportation solutions.
Lead the process from the first point of contact until closing.
Monitor and analyze industry trends and customer drivers to design sales strategy.
Meet with management and stakeholders to provide updates.
Carry out any other related tasks.

Exigences du poste
5-10 years of experience in business development of LTL logistics.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track pipeline.
Strong interpersonal skills, a natural relationship builder with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
Proven hunter with existing book of business looking to grow.
Goal oriented, self-disciplined, self-starter and ability to produce results.
Strong entrepreneurial skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information and supply chain solutions to clients.
A strategic thinker with deep understanding of air and ocean logistics industry, market dynamics and customer needs.
