Founded in 1996 by Yvonne Bedard, Bedard Human Resources began with a first office in Côte-des-Neiges in Montreal, Quebec. Since then, the company has experienced steady, structured growth, opening offices in Laval (QC), Quebec City (QC), Longueuil (QC), Montreal (QC), Vancouver, Toronto, and Edmonton. This pan-Canadian presence allows us to operate as a staffing agency and strategic human resources partner, supporting both organizations and talent from coast to coast.

Over the years, Bedard Human Resources has evolved alongside the labour market. From a team of 15 employees in 2006, the organization has grown to more than 100 professionals, working across eight offices throughout Canada. This growth is driven by a clear mandate: to put people at the heart of every decision, supporting employers in their workforce challenges while guiding candidates at every stage of their professional journey.

Our services are structured around four core pillars: recruitment, executive headhunting, outsourcing and HR consulting. These pillars form the foundation of a much broader, flexible offering designed to address a wide range of evolving and complex business needs.
