Tasks
Enter and process data in the MIR software (tracking maintenance of trucks and trailers).
Create work orders for the garage.
Prepare purchase orders, delivery slips, and invoices upon receipt of parts.
Transfer information into the accounting software.
Perform simple, daily invoicing tasks.
Collaborate with the garage and head office (walking distance, both sites are located next to each other).
Perform any other related duties.

Diploma in accounting or a related field.
Relevant experience (junior profiles welcomed).
Good knowledge of computer tools, including Sage 300 and Excel.
