Our client, a well-established company in the construction industry, is looking for an Accounting Clerk to support its financial operations as part of a temporary mandate to start, followed by a permanent hire. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to project accounting management while working in a professional and friendly environment.
Tasks
Enter and code invoices.
Verify supporting documents and required approvals.
Assist in preparing payments and reimbursements.
Analyze and reconcile supplier account statements.
Handle client invoicing and account follow-ups.
Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve issues.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Diploma in accounting or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong command of spoken and written French.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of the construction industry.
Familiarity with Acomba Construction software (an asset).
