Knowledge of QuickBooks is a must-have.
Tasks
Oversee the full accounting cycle, including cash flow management in collaboration with the bookkeeper.
Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
Support management with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
Implement a commission calculation system for the sales department, with monthly reporting.
Optimize internal control processes to ensure the reliability of financial information.
Implement a cost-tracking system in QuickBooks to monitor production costs accurately.
Create and manage client files, estimates, purchase orders, and production records.
Set up the integration of production employees’ working hours (clock-in and clock-out) into the system.
Track purchases, expenses, and project-related costs through to final delivery.
Automate client billing based on production and delivery milestones.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or extensive accounting experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
Advanced QuickBooks experience (especially for system implementation).
Strong knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and government portals.
Bilingualism preferred (40% of the clientele is English-speaking).
CPA designation is a strong asset.
