Tasks

  • Managing the full payroll in payroll software, including data entry, payroll entries, employment records, and transmission to agencies.
  • Processing timecards, producing weekly accounting reports, and performing bank reconciliations.
  • Handling various billing (drivers, monthly, interco, rents, administrative fees) and managing GST/QST.
  • Preparing payroll runs (salaries and Brookers), tables required by joint committees, and validating payable checks.
  • Providing general support to other areas of accounting as needed.

Job requirements

  • DEP in accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in credit management.
  • Strong rigor, attention to confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in the Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of Sage and Nethris systems (a plus).
