Tasks
Managing the full payroll in payroll software, including data entry, payroll entries, employment records, and transmission to agencies.
Processing timecards, producing weekly accounting reports, and performing bank reconciliations.
Handling various billing (drivers, monthly, interco, rents, administrative fees) and managing GST/QST.
Preparing payroll runs (salaries and Brookers), tables required by joint committees, and validating payable checks.
Providing general support to other areas of accounting as needed.

Job requirements
DEP in accounting.
Minimum 3 years of experience in credit management.
Strong rigor, attention to confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency in the Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
