Tasks

  • Verify, code, and process supplier invoices.
  • Prepare and execute payments (bank transfers, cheques).
  • Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Record and reconcile expense reports and petty cash transactions.
  • Reconcile supplier account statements.
  • Generate customer invoices and ensure follow-up on accounts receivable.
  • Follow up on overdue payments (phone, email, mail).
  • Analyze aging reports and prioritize actions accordingly.
  • Apply received payments in the accounting system.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • College diploma (DEC) in office administration, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent command of French and English – bilingualism is mandatory, as 50% of the clientele is English-speaking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of SAP B1 (SAP Business One) is a strong asset.
