Our client, a well-established manufacturing company specializing in tire processing, is looking for an Administrative Agent – Purchasing and Procurement for their plant located in Beloeil. This is a 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension or permanent hire.
Tasks
Handle data entry, accounts payable management, and invoicing.
Manage maintenance contracts and price negotiations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and equipment regulations.
Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the plant facilities, in compliance with company policies and objectives.
Select preferred suppliers by negotiating terms and conditions.
Manage the inventory of parts.
Perform all other related tasks.

Job requirements
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in administration or operations coordination.
College diploma (DEC).
Functional English proficiency (English-speaking clientele).
Must have a car (not accessible by public transport).
Knowledge of SAP is a major asset.
