Tasks
Manage accounts payable.
Enter invoices into the accounting system and prepare payment transfers.
Participate in the weekly payroll processing for approximately 60 employees.
Enter purchase transactions into the system.
Assemble, file, and follow up on various administrative documents.
Assist the Project Manager with the submission of contractual documents.
Perform various related administrative tasks.
Depending on experience and qualifications, opportunities may include:
Performing bank reconciliations.
Preparing GST and QST remittances.
Taking on additional accounting responsibilities.

Job requirements
DEP (Vocational Diploma) in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of Nethris and Sage 50 (an asset).
Knowledge of CCQ payroll processes (an asset).
Functional bilingualism required to serve a client base consisting of approximately 20% English-speaking customers.
