Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Enter new clients and proposals into the database.
Maintain and update the client database and records.
Track the implementation of individual and group insurance policies.
Follow up on investment transactions and fund statements.
Communicate with clients to address their needs.
Review and process proposals and administrative documents.
Prepare and deliver required documents for insurance and investment clients.
Verify calculations and guarantee documents, delivering to clients as needed
Extract benefit summaries after each policy implementation or renewal.
Monitor exclusions and adjustable surcharges.
Provide new clients with web access and investment information.
Prepare and deliver contracts and other administrative documents.
Support advisors with any additional administrative and client service tasks.

Job requirements
Previous experience in administrative support and customer service.
Excellent spoken and written French; functional English for English-speaking clients (approx. 5%).
Proficiency with technology and financial database management software.
Experience in administrative support within the financial sector or an accounting firm is an asset.
Education in office administration, secretarial studies, or administration is an asset.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
