Our client, a company committed to the development of clean and renewable energy, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for one of its offices for a temporary assignment lasting one to two months.
Are you comfortable with data entry, answering calls, and handling various administrative tasks? This position is for you!
Tasks
Perform data entry and invoicing.
Manage appointment scheduling.
Coordinate merchandise pickups.
Follow up on shipments transferred to interline agents.
Provide excellent customer service.
Perform any other related tasks.
