Tasks
Preparing and assembling mortgage files for analysis.
Sending required forms and documents to clients and following up as needed.
Checking the completeness, compliance, and accuracy of files.
Managing email communications and administrative follow-ups.
Providing daily administrative support to mortgage brokers.
Performing any other related tasks required to ensure smooth operations.

Job requirements
Current or completed studies at college or university level in finance, accounting, or business administration, or any relevant experience.
Bilingual in French/English, both spoken and written (used approximately 50% of the time).
Strong comfort with technology and computer tools, including Outlook.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and thoroughness.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Professional attitude, discretion, and reliability.
Interest in the financial sector and administrative support (an asset).
