Tasks

  • Preparing and assembling mortgage files for analysis.
  • Sending required forms and documents to clients and following up as needed.
  • Checking the completeness, compliance, and accuracy of files.
  • Managing email communications and administrative follow-ups.
  • Providing daily administrative support to mortgage brokers.
  • Performing any other related tasks required to ensure smooth operations.

Job requirements

  • Current or completed studies at college or university level in finance, accounting, or business administration, or any relevant experience.
  • Bilingual in French/English, both spoken and written (used approximately 50% of the time).
  • Strong comfort with technology and computer tools, including Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and thoroughness.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Professional attitude, discretion, and reliability.
  • Interest in the financial sector and administrative support (an asset).
