Tasks
Prepare and send invoices accurately and on time.
Manage, verify, and file billing data.
Follow up on payments, including contacting clients when necessary.
Respond to billing inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
Process inspection reports quickly and accurately.
Provide administrative support to the contracts department.
Strictly apply internal procedures.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure reports are clear and up to date.
Perform other related tasks as required.

Job requirements
DEP or DEC in office administration, business administration, secretarial studies, accounting, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Functional bilingualism (approximately 5% of clients are English-speaking).
Minimum of two years of billing experience.
Knowledge of fire alarm systems (an asset).
Desired profile
Good understanding of accounting and financial principles.
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, open to feedback.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
