Tasks

  • Prepare and send invoices accurately and on time.
  • Manage, verify, and file billing data.
  • Follow up on payments, including contacting clients when necessary.
  • Respond to billing inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Process inspection reports quickly and accurately.
  • Provide administrative support to the contracts department.
  • Strictly apply internal procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure reports are clear and up to date.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Job requirements

  • DEP or DEC in office administration, business administration, secretarial studies, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Functional bilingualism (approximately 5% of clients are English-speaking).
  • Minimum of two years of billing experience.
  • Knowledge of fire alarm systems (an asset).

  • Good understanding of accounting and financial principles.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
