Our client, a rapidly growing company located in Westmount, is looking for an Administrative Assistant with bookkeeping experience for a permanent, full-time position. You’ll have the opportunity to support two key areas: property management (over 100 rental units) and the real estate mentorship platform Equity Builders Club.
Tasks
Maintain full bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and GST/QST reports.
Manage accounts payable, financial records, electronic documents, and administrative follow-ups.
Support activities related to property management (rental board, leases, notices, utilities) and the mentorship platform (calendar, client relationship management, member support).
Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and clients.
Ensure effective use of digital tools.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration and bookkeeping.
Proficiency with digital tools: Google Workspace, Proprio Expert, and CRM systems.
Experience with QuickBooks or another accounting platform.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
